My stay at the hotel was a mixture of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and well-located, but there was a slight issue with cleanliness like a lingering body odor. The service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to be helpful. The location was convenient for shopping areas but marred by over-crowding from non-hotel guests. The dining experience offered a good variety of foods, although not exceptional. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I was excited to have a balcony in my room, but it turned out the room did not have one despite my preference. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring shopping areas. The on-roof bar service was exceptional, but unfortunately, the non-hotel guests made the area feel crowded.
The hotel had spacious and very clean rooms with a slight odor issue but featuring a balcony that was a key selling point for me. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, which was great. However, there was a payment denial incident, but they managed to find another room that matched the advertised standard.
